Update: The solution to the server problems has been identified. Frez is now in the process of correcting all SgWg servers.
Original: The latest Crash Course updates for Left 4 Dead is causing problems for all SgWarGames L4D servers. Both Linux and Windows L4D servers are affected.
Frez, the server administrator in charge of updating the servers, said the updating process for the servers has somehow left them in an unplayable state.
Although players are able to connect to SgWg servers, after about thirty seconds, the server will enter a timeout state and cause the player’s loading screen to hang.
Frez is working hard to rectify the server problems, and said it will take about “two to three working days” to find a solution.
Customers who are currently subscribed to SgWarGames servers will have their server lease time extended for the duration of the downtime.
