Head Quarters DotA Competition Preliminary Results

[b]The Head Quarters DotA Competition 2007 preliminaries have concluded.[/b]

The Head Quarters DotA Competition 2007 preliminaries concluded today with almost all of the big name teams proceeding to the next round of the tournament. What will be interesting to note is that many strong teams, such as X3M.Destruction, Team Zenith, Exsequor We Cook Grass, rEv0 and Nightmare, will be facing each other relatively early in the tournament. This will result in an easier playing field for many teams early on in the tournament while the strong teams eliminate each other.

The tournament has also been rescheduled to conclude on Sunday, 4th of February, as the organizers are trying to avoid the upcoming exam period as well as to avoid any clashes with other competitions.

This latest Head Quarters DotA competition is held in conjunction with the launch of their newest branch, HQ3, in Chinatown. To get there to spectate the matches, you can take the MRT to Chinatown station on the North-East Line, or take a bus to Chinatown Point. HQ3 is just two blocks down the road from Chinatown Point.
