[b]The World Cyber Games 2007 Singapore Championship tournament schedule have been released along with the launch of the WCG 2007 Singapore official website.[/b]

The WCG 2007 Singapore Championship expands upon the touring format that has been seen in previous years. The tournament will be making stops at polytechnics and community clubs. There are also efforts to bring competitive video gaming to a wider audience, with a SAFRA League, an event at the SHINE youth festival and the Home Team NS League, which appears to be an event geared towards National Service personnel.
The official games will be Age of Empire III: The War Chiefs, Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars, Counter-Strike 1.6, DotA Allstars, FIFA 2007, Need for Speed: Carbon and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne for the PC. Dead or Alive 4, Gears of War and Project Gotham Racing 3 will be the official games to be played for the Xbox 360 console platform.
The WCG 2007 Singapore Championship National Finals will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of August 2007. In addition, Singapore will once again be hosting the WCG Asian Championship, which will take place from the 2nd of August up till the 5th of August 2007. Both events will take place at the Suntec Convention Centre Hall 602.
