Capcom Releases Street Fighter IV Benchmark Test

The Street Fighter IV Benchmark Tool has been released by Capcom, allowing gamers to test how well the 3D fighter will run on their computers.

The 397 MB download is available on Fileshack, and features several pre-recorded bouts played out by the CPU.

The graphically enhanced PC edition of Street Fighter IV is expected to be out on July 7. Capcom has also announced the minimum and recommended system requirements needed to run the game:

HDD: 10GB of free space or more
Video Card: DirectX 9.0c/Shader3.0 or higher compatible, NVIDIA GeForce6600 series, ATI Radeon(TM) X1600 or higher or higher, VRAM – 256MB or higher
Sound: DirectSound compatible, DirectX 9.0c (or higher) compatible
Input Devices: Mouse, Keyboard

The original arcade version of Street Fighter IV was released in Japanese arcades last year in July. The game was recently ported over to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 consoles this February.
