WCG SG ’09: VCO are first ever TF2 champions

[5th] Company (VCO) secured their status as the best Team Fortress 2 team in Singapore when they won the WCG Singapore National Finals Open Category TF2 tournament yesterday evening.

VCO seemed to struggle with poor form compared to yesterday, but ultimately were never in danger of losing to Malaysian Gears & Gadgets TF2 champions champions Anomaly at any time.

The final score was 2-1 on cp_granary, 2-1 on cp_well for an aggregate score of 4-2 in favour of VCO.

In the third-placing match, H2H received a walkover as only two members of team o9K bothered to turn up for the match.

First-placed VCO won for themselves S$2,000 in cash, runners-up Anomaly received S$1,000 and third-placed H2H will get S$500.
