The console versions of BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger will be getting price drop in Singapore “very soon”, according to the owner of a popular game retail shop at Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre.
No further details about the price drop were given. Last I checked, the current retail price for Calamity Trigger was hovering around the SG$70 mark for both the 360 and PS3 versions of the game (Region 1).
It is unclear if the price drop has anything to do with the impending console release of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, which is already out in arcades here in Singapore.
So for those of you fighting fans who are still thinking of buying Calamity Trigger, you might want to hold off on your purchase until the price drop hits. Or better yet, hold out till the release of Continuum Shift if you can bear to wait that long.
