Singapore overcame New Zealand 3-1 in the first week of the seven-week long SEA/Oceania Nation War Friendly League last weekend to place second in the overall standings.
Singapore’s ice, nirvAnA and OxygeN won their match against New Zealand’s Luoson, AlwaysYou and MassMarine respectively, while Singapore’s SwEEt lost his match to New Zealand’s Plexa.
According to the official week one recap, New Zealand fielded a slightly weaker team than usual because their star player, Kowi, was unable to attend this week’s matches.
Singapore will face current league leaders Vietnam, who topped the table after defeating Philippines with a 4-0 clean victory, this week. The full match results for Singapore vs New Zealand are as follows:
