Earlier in the middle of the week, Valve’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, the next follow-up to the once popular CS series, was made available for pre-order on Steam for US$13.99, a 10% discount off the usual price of US$14.99.
The game’s official release date is 22 August, but gamers who pre-order early will get access to the CS:GO beta on 14 August.
This pre-order is currently the best option for those interested in the Armageddon CS:GO tournament, but have no access to the beta. The competition starts on 18 August, meaning you can still get 3-4 days of practice by pre-ordering.
Be sure to visit the official Counter-Strike.net website for more detailed information and changelogs straight from the developers.
