The Sims 3 Collector’s Edition pre-order card should have received a miniature Plumbob do-it-yourself cardboard standee with their purchase, but some buyers reported that they did not receive the item.
The problem first came to GameSync’s attention through the EA Singapore Facebook page. A wall post was made on Saturday along with a photo of the standee in question, inquiring whether anyone had received the miniature Plumbob.
At the time of this news report, two fans of the EA Singapore Facebook page had reported that they did not receive the item.
Those who did not receive the Plumbob standee should email EA Singapore at [email protected] to get theirs.
