Fop’s Great Justice #4: epic fail

If you think this tattoo is bad, imagine what a button masher’s one would be:

←↙ ↓↘→↑↓↘→←↓↘→ + PPKPKKPPPKKKPKKP

As seen on Kotaku.

you know the worst part?
the tattoo artist who was inking it was probably thinking

“should i tell him he has the wrong inputs for dragon punch? fuck that, this is what he gets for being a noob”

Have your say. Add your comments:

if you read some of the other comments, the photo seems to be of a persons leg, so apparently if you look from the orientation if they were standing up, the arrows would be correct :S

    People! Let me clarify.

On the tattoo it looks like “down, forward, down forward” (character facing right/player one side).

Okay now tilt your head left…

Since the tattoo is on a leg, and we are seeing it SIDEWAYS it will turn into “forward, down, down-forward” (character facing left/player 2 side), thus being correct! #streetfighteriv

Normally, in almost all fighting game notations, the moves are listed as player facing right/player one side.

Quite unusual that this guy would make his notation facing left. Also, if the tattoo was meant to be vertical, it would have made more sense to make the word “Shoryuken” appear vertically, like this:

    S
    H
    O
    R
    Y
    U
    K
    E
    N

  • riffraff

yeah, either a bad design decision on the guy’s part, or a bad suggestion by the tattoo artist

  • Akane

Doesn’t look like a leg to me. D=
    Epic fail.
