The reporting times and match-ups for the initial round of the World Gamemaster Tournament 2007 Singapore finals, to be played this weekend at Funan DigitaLife Mall, have been released on the official WGT.SG website.
Preliminaries for the DotA Allstars division of the WGT.SG finals will be held over Thursday and Friday. Top Singapore DotA teams [img]http://www.gamesync.net/img/flags/flag_sg.gif[/img] [b]Micronology[/b] and [img]http://www.gamesync.net/img/flags/flag_sg.gif[/img] [b]Zenith[/b], who will be facing [img]http://www.gamesync.net/img/flags/flag_sg.gif[/img] [b]paladin[/b] and [img]http://www.gamesync.net/img/flags/flag_sg.gif[/img] [b]Gamers Inc.[/b] respectively. Also joining the fray is Malaysian DotA team [img]http://www.gamesync.net/img/flags/flag_my.gif[/img] [b]DNA-SK[/b]. They will be facing [img]http://www.gamesync.net/img/flags/flag_sg.gif[/img] [b]Synergy[/b].
The preliminaries for the Command & Conquer 3 division will be played on Saturday morning, with only a dismal turn out of 3 players, [b]Owen[/b], [b]blueprint[/b] and [b]Jmullet[/b].
The WGT.SG Finals will be held from 27 to 30 September 2007 at Funan DigitaLife Mall.
