AsiaFortress TF2 live compy in June

Singapore-based Team Fortress 2 community website AsiaFortress is planning a mini-tournament next month, to be held at the Colosseum cyber cafe.

The mini-tournament is slated to be held on either 19 or 26 June, with the registration fee set at S$30 per team. The prize purse is a decent S$150, with the breakdown as follows:

• 1st: S$70
• 2nd: S$50
• 3rd: $30

With AsiaFortress hoping to get at least five teams taking part, it appears that most, if not all, of the registration fees collected will be used for prize money.

If the AsiaFortress mini-LAN event goes ahead, it will be the first live TF2 tournament since the 2009 World Cyber Games Singapore National Finals.
