EOY (Events of the Year) has announced that Sayuri Sugawara, best known for singing the Final Fantasy XIII theme song, “Kimi ga Iru Kara” (“Because You’re Here”), will be performing at the upcoming EOY 2012 J-Pop Live! event at the Esplanade Concert Hall on 11 December. The Japanese version of Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be released in Singapore for the PlayStation 3 on 15 December, while the English and Chinese localisations will be released just over a month later, on 31 January 2012. Read more »
Square Enix had a huge booth with an even huge-er screen. On it was the trailer for Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions. I was puzzled for a moment, that is until the screen zoomed out to reveal that FF Tactics was actually running on an iPhone. Yay. Read more »
