Malaysian DotA Allstars team KingSurf emerged victorious in the Singapore World Cyber Games 2008 event at Paya Lebar Kovan Community Club over the last two days.
KingSurf had an easy bracket, only meeting middling teams EtERN|ty (Round of 16) and Sweety (Semi-Finals) along their way to the finals before facing and defeating Evolution RhythmOfLife in the finals.
The team from Malaysia won for themselves 5 Samsung F250 music phones and a seeded berth into the WCG Open Category, to be held next week alongside the WCG Singapore National Finals and Asian Championship.
