Almost 40 players competed in the Nanyang Polytechnic StarCraft II LAN Tournament held on Saturday in conjunction with NYP’s annual Open House. After a gruelling nine hours of competition, Jonathan “EveJaFF” Ang (playing Protoss) proved victorious, smashing through the winners’ bracket and beating iRLdrakE (playing Terran) 4-3 in the finals in what was a closely-fought matchup.
The winners walk home with the following prizes:
- 1st Place (EveJaFF) – Razer Spectre Mouse
- 2nd Place (iRLdrakE) – $50 Capital Mall Voucher
- 3rd Place (iRLProAnnn) – 2GB Thumbdrive
