The founders of the L4D2 Steam boycott group, Walking Target and Agent of Chaos, have announced their intention to close the group on 22 October (Singapore time).

Time for the lighter-side of Left 4 Dead news. Check out this interesting L4D comic created by the folks at FYIComic. The comic was posted over six months ago on 30 April, so you might have seen this before:

Indomitable Gaming is organizing a S$2,000 prize pool Counter-Strike: Source tournament, dubbed Battle Royale, next month at Game Haven cybercafe.

If you're from a Counter-Strike 1.6 team or a Street Fighter IV player, you might just be able to win yourself or your team a trip to compete at the world's biggest LAN party at the Dreamhack Singapore qualifiers later this month.

The violence in Left 4 Dead 2 is "more realistic" than that of Left 4 Dead, thereby warranting the higher M18 rating, according to a spokesperson from the Media Development Authority of Singapore.

A Left 4 Dead Versus competition will be held this Saturday and Sunday (10 October and 11 October) at East Zone Sports Club in Katong Shopping Centre.

Original: The latest Crash Course updates for Left 4 Dead is causing problems for all SgWarGames L4D servers. Both Linux and Windows L4D servers are affected.

Frez, the server administrator in charge of updating the servers, said the updating process for the servers has somehow left them in an unplayable state.
