The wait is over. Blizzard has announced a 27 July release date for StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, according to an official press release on the Blizzard website.
The retail version of Wings of Liberty will be released first on 27 July in the United States, Canada, Europe, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Mexico, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and the regions of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
The digital download version of the game will be available at the Blizzard store shortly after the retail launch.
For those lucky enough to be playing the SCII beta, this means that the current beta should end around the month of June.
