Flash eSports on Friday announced a one-year cash and product sponsorship deal with Cooler Master.
Under the terms of the deal, Cooler Master will be providing their CM Storm branded gaming keyboards, mice and headsets to the Singapore-based multi-gaming team.
There will also be some form of monthly cash sponsorship for Flash eSports’s roster.
The sponsorship deal will take effect from end-July, after the StarCraft II World Championship Series Singapore Nationals.
Flash eSport’s business manager Terence “SoloZ” Ting said: “We began actively looking for a viable sponsorship at the turn of 2012, receiving several attractive offers to support our commitment to esports going into the new year. After careful consideration, we have finally found one in Cooler Master – CM Storm.
“They are no stranger to the computer games scene and have been at the forefront of this industry, supporting the scene in many ways, be it team or event sponsorship on a global scale.”
A spokesperson from Cooler Master said: “Based on track record, we know that Flash eSports is a potential team. Cooler Master will fully support the team in both domestic and international competitions.”
Flash eSports did not reveal the total value of the sponsorship deal, citing contract confidentiality clauses.
