Only two more days to go, but what the hell. Here's the instructions on how those not in North America can activate their copy of Borderlands on Steam before the "new" official launch date of 30 October.

Yesterday, GameSync.net reported on rumours that Modern Warfare 2 will have a third person mode, based on leaked gameplay footage. Infinity Ward has since confirmed this but said that the feature will be limited to the multiplayer mode only.

The Nintendo Wii Sports Weekend was held last weekend, 24 and 25 October 2009, at the Ngee Ann City Civic Centre. The event showcased the Wii Sports Resort game, featuring 12 sports activities, including archery, basketball, bowling and Frisbee, along with the new Wii MotionPlus controller.

In attendance were sports personalities such as Aide Iskandar, former captain of the national football squad, national bowler Remy Ong and 2009 Singapore Sportswoman of the Year Jasmine Yeong-Nathan and her brother Jason.

Modern Warfare was an awesome FPS, so what would the fans say if Modern Warfare 2 turned out to be a 3rd person shooter as well?

Update: there is currently a VPN workaround (basically a network hack to fool Steam into thinking that you're an American customer) that will enable you to play the game on Steam immediately. You can view the steps of the workaround here. Do this at your own risk.
